Mindfulness Therapy
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is built upon the principles of cognitive therapy by using techniques such as mindfulness meditation to teach people to pay attention to their thoughts and feelings which helps to reduce stress, anxiety and overthinking.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
CBT is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness.
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy
REBT is a type of therapeutic approach that helps you identify irrational beliefs and negative thought patterns that may lead to emotional or behavioral issues.
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
Dialectical behavior therapy is a psychotherapy that is used to treat personality disorders, and interpersonal conflicts. It is useful in treating mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and for change in behavioral patterns such as self-harm and substance use.
Art Therapy
Art therapy incorporates creative methods of expression through visual art media. Art therapy, as a creative arts therapy originated in the fields of art and psychotherapy which deals with creating art and letting the various emotions out during the process along with a mental health professional who will guide you along the way.
Music Therapy
Music Therapy uses music interventions to accomplish individualized goals within a therapeutic relationship by a professional. Music therapy interventions can address a variety of healthcare & educational goals and can help to promote wellness,manage stress,alleviate pain,express feelings,enhance memory,improve communication, promote physical rehabilitation.

Play Therapy
Play therapy is a form of counseling or psychotherapy that uses play to assess, prevent, or treat psychosocial challenges in children and even adults. From the outside, play therapy looks like it's just about having fun with toys. However, research shows play therapy is effective in treating a variety of mental health issues and behavior disorders.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a type of treatment designed to help with issues that specifically affect families functioning and mental health. It can help individual family members in building stronger relationships. Some of the primary goals of family therapy are to create a better home environment, solve family issues and solve the unique issues that a family might face.
Holistic Therapy
Holistic therapy is an integrative type of therapy that incorporates both traditional and non-traditional treatments to help the individual as a whole. Rather than focusing on a narrow problem, it considers mental, physical, and spiritual factors that influence a person's well-being. It combines aspects of traditional talk therapy and other approaches, including hypnosis, breath therapy, and meditation.
Client-Centered Therapy
Client-centered therapy, also known as person-centered therapy or Rogerian therapy, is a non-directive form of talk therapy developed by humanist psychologist Carl Rogers. In this approach, you act as an equal partner in the therapy process, while your therapist remains non-directive. They don't pass judgments on your feelings or offer suggestions or solutions.
Positive Psychology
Positive psychology is a branch of psychology focused on the character strengths and behaviors that allow individuals to build a life of meaning and purpose to move beyond surviving to flourishing. Theorists and researchers in the field have sought to identify the elements of a good life. They have also proposed and tested practices for improving life satisfaction and well-being.
